Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please remember that due to ongoing Royal Mail strike action, deliveries may take longer than usual to arrive. We thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
Free Collection
Customers may order and pay online and collect their order from any of the markets we attend, by prior arrangement only. Please choose the free collection at market option at checkout and contact us afterwards to arrange.
Customers who choose free collection but then request that their order is posted to them will need to pay the applicable postage charge, this will be sent as a separate invoice.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is calculated by weight.
Orders are sent by Evri Tracked. We reserve the right to use a signed for/tracked service from Royal Mail or a different company.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for all orders within a 1.5 mile radius. We will contact you via email or text message with the address or phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of the planned delivery day and time.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.
If your order has been sent using a tracked service, this email will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@squareonescents.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@squareonescents.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
